With it being so hot this week, we took C for his first swim in my parents’ pool the other day, and not surprisingly, he took to it like a bird takes to flying. We expected as much since he loves the water – after we transitioned his baths from the sink to a real tub, bath time is much more fun, and he always has to play with the hose when we’re watering. I don’t expect we have the next Michael Phelps on our hands, but he’s a natural. Since he is in a state of perpetual motion, he practically has the doggie paddle down already, without even trying.
